iGUIDE combines LiDAR scanning and 360° photography into a single efficient site visit. The result is an immersive 3D walkthrough and accurate, annotated floor plans your team can use from day one. CAD-ready files including DWG, Revit, and more are available as add-ons, making it a complete documentation solution for large, complex spaces where precision matters.

Drafted DWG files with LOD 200 detail, AIA standard layers, annotations, and LiDAR point cloud data (DXF). Opens directly in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and most CAD platforms as a head start on your drawings.

A 3D model of drafted floors including walls, doors, windows, and basic structural elements. Available in Revit (.RVT) or DWG format. Ideal for BIM workflows and design visualization.

How it works
Commercial scans are completed in a single visit. Files are delivered once processing is complete.
Using the iGUIDE Planix Pro camera system, I capture every room with LiDAR and 360° photography in a single pass. Large multi-floor buildings are no problem, as the system is built for complex, large-scale interiors.
Data is uploaded to the iGUIDE portal where advanced processing produces your 3D tour, floor plans, and any selected add-ons including CAD files. Delivery time varies depending on project size and the add-ons selected.
All files are delivered digitally. The 3D tour is shareable via link. CAD files download directly. Your team can get to work without waiting on a second site visit or manual redrawing.
